As soon as your application is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation from Kisses for Patrick. Within a 4-6 weeks you will receive a welcome letter and packet, along with your official membership card in the mail.

*Total annual membership cost is $30.00. The $5.00 non-refundable deposit is part of this. The balance will be due no more
than 60 days from the date of your welcome letter. If account goes unpaid on the 61^st day, a 10 day grace period will be allowed and you will be notified via email. After the grace period, membership will be terminated.
